Rates:

Tariffs are based on two people sharing and include Breakfast, first night Evening Cocktails & Canapés, and 15% Goods & Services Tax .

Kotare Suite: NZ $385 per night

Ruru Suite: Enquire

Privacy Policy:

Any personal information provided to complete reservation records or to facilitate payment, will be confidential.

Smoking policy:

Smoking is not permitted indoors at Hadleigh.

Child Policy:

Hadleigh is not suitable for babies or small children, those over 12 years are welcome.

Cancellation Policy:

Dates can be changed, subject to availability.

There is no cancellation charge however, as Hadleigh is a small boutique B&B , we would appreciate early notification of changed plans so the suite is then available to others.
