Privacy:

Any personal information provided to complete reservation records or to facilitate payment, will be confidential.

Cancellation/Reservation:

There is no cancellation charge however, as Hadleigh is a small Boutique Lodge , we would appreciate early notification of changed plans so the suite is then available to others.

All reservations are acknowledged and confirmed via email, there is no pre payment or deposit requirement .

Minimum Stay/Closures:

There is no minimum stay requirement. Hadleigh is open throughout the year with no seasonal or key event surcharges.

Check In /Departure:

Guests may check in from 8am to 6pm. Please advise if arrival is anticipated outside these times.Departure time is flexible.

Additional Services:

There are no extra charges for additional services. These include complimentary:

First night drinks and canapes. Personal laundry service.Home baking, fresh fruit, mini bar, coffee, tea & light meal prep. facilities in personal lounge space. 'Good night' chocolates.

Transport to restaurant of choice ( Uber back)
